I would ask for a replacement if I had the time to waste and the confidence that the vendor would actually send a NEW product, but I lack both. The monitor at least powers on, so I hope it contorts to work without issue. I would not recommend anyone to order this product from Atomos’ desertcart Store. I paid 800$ for everything not to work. I received the unit used with scuffs on the side - fine no issue I guess as long as it functions - which it doesn’t. I have a Sony A7CR. I Followed every tutorial and updated everything but I still can’t record through the monitor. I have a 2.0 and a 2.1 cable. This is insane. Probably going to go with another monitor.
