I get bad allergies and sinus infections so I’ve used mine a lot, it feels great for that stuff. Handy for hayfever relief along with eyedrops and cream before bed. Only downside is the strap is very short - it just about fits around my head but there is no excess strap that I would have expected on a product like this. Also the strap is Velcro all the way round so a small point I hadn't thought of but have to use it backwards due to the Velcro sticking to my hair!
