But I wanted to upgrade to something potentially healthier to use long term, and with more flexibility. When it arrived I initially didn’t like the complexity of what here to fore had been just on and off. But wow, what a difference, and not as complicated as I feared. Even I could do this. It is heavier than my old slow cooker, but manageable even when putting away on the bottom shelf and then taking it out again. So, ya…a great purchase and maybe one of my best all time upgrades.
