What I would want you to know is that this is not a fruit cordial for diluting and drinking. It’s a viscous liquid made from apples, but it doesn’t smell strongly of apples and I’ve only ever used it for it’s pectin content, to add to jams which need additional pectin to set, such as raspberry jam.
