This is the good type of K2 which is MK7 (natural version, not synthetic). I have been taking these for a year or so and it seems to be doing what I needed. I was diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis and my latest dexascan showed my bones were not deteriorating any further. If you take calcium supplements, you absolutely should be taking this. When you take calcium supplements, the calcium is circulating in your bloodstream and can contribute to clogged arteries. Take Vitamin D3 and K2 with your calcium always.
