Soak in water for a couple of minutes, wring it out and then 'snap' the cloth three - four times and the towel becomes cold. Depending on the ambient temperature it can stay cold for a couple of hours or in hot weather only thirty minutes BUT the beauty is that however long the towel remains cold you can repeat the process over and over again.PS.
