The Nutrition Facts on the label are pretty good, as far as chips go. Not too high in sodium or sugar. The only down side is.....or up side, depending on your view....they are pretty small bags, and they are thin chips, so the end of the bag will be a lot of broken chips. I like that they're small, cuz I'm watching my weight and calories, and sodium. So, I don't mind that it's a pretty light snack, and it has about 160 less calories than a bag of Doritos and chips like that.
