I LOVE these ties. After going bald from illness and my hair has regrown, thin and delicate, traditional ties or bands were damaging my new hair. I tried these and as I tied my hair up for the first time I could feel a difference. You don't have to stretch them to the max to get a tight hold. They offer a secure fit whilst still having room in the band which allows the hair move with your movements and not break from being tied to tight. I have had much less breakage, in fact hardly any since using these and I will never go back to traditio ties. My husband now uses them to for his hair too.
