## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this the flowbee in the picture? Is the head yellow with black?**
A: No, this is not the flowbee with the black stripe and the word flowbee written on it in yellow as pictured. I am sending mine back as soon as possible. $140 on amazon for the same product that can be had for $80 direct from the manufacturer?

**Q: My very old flowbee will no longer cut. has anyone been able to degum the blades with something like goo gone?**
A: I have never had to clean mine just lubricate the blades with a light machine oil when they bind up and stop.

**Q: I noticed one reviewer said he got an uneven haircut for his dog. Has anyone else used this for their dog?**
A: There are a few videos on YouTube of people that have been successful using the FlowBee. I did see that FlowBee sells a different unit for cutting dogs hair. Not sure what that means or if they don't want you to use the regular FlowBee on animals.

**Q: Will my old Flobee vac work with this system?**
A: It is not the quality of the original one that I bought at the original Price Club. That's how long I've had mine. But yes it does work. The spacer kit seems a bit sloppy/loose. I had to have one because I cut my husbands hair every 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
