**Q: What is meant by fits 4.5-5 inches. Is that the measurement of the scrotum, if so how is that measured?**
A: Hi Kimberly.  A suspensory is *for* testicular swelling, and if you're buying one, I assume a urologist has already been involved.  The measurement should be a measurement of width, straight across the widest part of the swollen scrotum (it is not a circumference, and so a flexible measuring tape is not required).  The inches part is not a function of height whatsoever; it is a function of swelling.

**Q: Is the waist strap adjustable?**
A: Yes, the waist strap of the SportAid Suspensory has an adjustable buckle so you can fit it to your desired tension for support.

**Q: How to place on**
A: Wrap the belt around your waist and adjust the tab comfortably to fit. Place your testicles in the pouch to give them an uplift. The opening on top of pouch is for urinating.
