I'm 70 and have found these bluelight blockers to be totally sufficient for my day to day purposes. They're all i wear, whether on the computer or not. I have enough of them now to place a pair in a few places around my home. I'm even tucking a pair inside my "go" bag. I like the thick frames; they take a little age off my mature face. They've proven to be quite durable, at least, i haven't broken a pair yet. The 2.5 magnification works great for reading and working on the computer. I don't even notice the blue blocking, which is sometimes too obtrusive with other brands and gives me a headache.
