    This is an excellent ankle cuff.  It is comfortable and extremely sturdy.  However, it is very difficult to reach full range of motion when I am doing lateral slides for therapy and strength training.  It's probably because I'm an average lifter not super strong.  I bought the black one as well and haven't touched it since I'm still trying out my blue one.

    Works pretty well for sitting on the floor and exercising my legs while I play video games or do something with my arms. You could also get one of the kits that has ankle straps and handles and 5 diff bands, but this one works pretty well.
