It's a beast! The Dirac Live feature is unreal, the power is unreal and the room for later expanding it with an external amplifier is unmatched at this price point! If you are thinking about upgrading and don't want to spend $1500 or more to do so; stop looking and get this! I have been a Pioneer fan for as long as I can remember before this. They had the power nd build quality to last for years. My oldest one is now a 2. 1 channel set up for listening and PC audio boost. It about 20 years old now. But even with that type of time and not breaking down I still wouldn't go back. To get this type of set up with the Elite line of Pioneer AVRs you would pay 2.5 times as much and maybe get a little over half the features of the Onkyo. Solid purchase for anyone thinking about it. Also, don't fall for the vlogs talking about never buy it because they have an issue...that was a different era for Onkyo, ran by different product management.
