On high it gets almost to hot but when working out side it helps keep you warm. The vibration is a bit noisy but helps alot. The battery lasts alot longer when I don't use the vibration. I can go almost all day just using just the heater. I have worn a back brace for many yrs and when I still need extra support I just ware it over top as long as I turn it on before putting on my backbrace. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it! So, I have learned to use a mirror to make adjustments. Minor but worth considering on future models.I also find the battery pack to have a short life.
