This needs to be part of every schools curriculum. I like the way the Author has considered differentiation of each teaching session and that it can be delivered to all ages. It builds upon the Alert programme and the 5 point scale. This system is a wholistic approach for emotional regulation and gives you a variety of calming, cognitive and sensory strategies. The resource comes with USB drive so you can reproduce its handouts.
