I contacted the supplier to confirm it was new and they assured me it was. I installed it into my Huddl2, an easy enough task. Just need to take care when fitting the device back together to ensure the power and volume switches are correctly aligned.After fully charging the battery there was a definite improvement in the usage time of my Huddl2. Having looked at the YouTube video before taking my hudl2 apart with trepidation I can honestly say this is probably the only electronic bit of kit that is user-friendly inside everything is modular they just clip apart. Getting the casing apart was a bit of a problem had to get the tiny screwdriver between the plastic force it apart but once you’ve done one edge it was relatively easy take the back off and to replace the battery.if I can do it with my big fingers I think anybody could!
