Having tried cheaper alternatives and being rewarded with noise, inteference and perceptible lag I decided to take a punt on these. The difference between this and the cheaper ones I have tried is night and day. The lag is alledgedly 4ms. Don't be fooled by numbers. I'm sure the spec is accurate but in all honesty the lag is completely imperceptible. This feels exactly like a bog standard cable without the inconvenience of getting caught around every obstacle in sight. There is no noise, literally zero. They are transparrent. As an added bonus they have even cured a persistent Telecaster / dimmer switch noise problem that several expensive noise gates and isolated supplies have so fay failed to address satisfactorily. They are more expensive than other wireless guitar systems available on desertcart but, for me, the extra expense has been more than worth it. Review: Great piece of Kit.... - Use mine on a Fender American Precision five string and Gibson Midtown and these transmitters give the same level of performance as a top quality lead. They handle lows mods and highs seamlessly with no lag whatsoever. Battery life is excellent as is the build quality. The only downside is that there is no pouch to carry them so I use a sunglasses pouch. For the price one should be included. ## Features - FULL-FREQUENCY WIRELESS: The Telepath Wireless System delivers full-frequency wireless audio with sparkling clarity and uncompromised tone across any stage - LESS INTERFERENCE: Transmitting across the 5.8GHz band avoids the overcrowded 2.4GHz bandwidth used by most wireless devices for a cleaner signal - FAST AUTO PAIRING: Auto-pairing technology links transmitter and receiver in seconds after startup, taking the strain out of setup - FITS MANY INSTRUMENTS: An articulating input plug fits a wide variety of jacks while an active/passive switch suits guitars, basses, acoustic-electrics and active instruments - UP TO 70 FEET OF FREEDOM: Built-in cable tone simulation keeps your natural feel, with multi-unit pairing and low-latency wireless freedom up to 70 feet ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D7G4MWZ9 | | Best Sellers Rank | 3,935 in Musical Instruments & DJ ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments & DJ ) 146 in Wireless Microphones & Receiver | | Box Contents | Transmitter, Receiver | | Brand | Fender | | Brand Name | Fender | | Colour | Mystic Ice Blue and Black | | Compatible Devices | Guitar | | Compatible devices | Guitar | | Connector Type | 1/4 inch (6.35mm) TRS | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 270 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Metal, Plastic | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00885978429615 | | Item Highlight | Plug & play wireless transmitter and receiver, low latency, 5.8GHz, 70ft range, live performance ready | | Item Weight | 0.5 Pounds | | Item weight | 0.5 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Fender | | Manufacturer Part Number | 0239780001 | | Material | Metal, Plastic | | Model Name | Telepath™ Wireless System | | Model Number | 0239780001 | | Model name | Telepath™ Wireless System | | Number of Items | 1 | | Output Channel Quantity | 2 | | Product Warranty | 2 year manufacturer. | | UPC | 885978429615 | | Unit Count | 1.00 Count | ## Images ![Telepath Wireless Guitar & Bass System, 5.8GHz, 70ft, Plug & Play - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61M3MwM5lrL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding *by G***C on 4 May 2026* This is a great bit of kit.
