I've been using these (I have 2) for nearly a year and the pads no longer come completely clean. I've just ordered another brand to try as I am no longer satisfied with the Vrith model foor control. **Q: How long (months or weeks) should I expect this clamp to last if used daily?** A: I have been using this design of clamp for about 6 years and have 3 in use as I wear each for a couple of days then give it a really good clean and disinfect. I have found they last about 8 to 10 months of use but there have been a couple which have snapped across where the adjustable bridge slips in. I wear one almost 24/7 and try to use pads at night to avoid any internal damage.
