**Q: The backlight can't stay on.**
A: Please note thebacklight will not stay on under battery power, it will shut down for about 15 seconds to save the battery. If you need the backlight to stay on, please power it with the DC adapter and turn off the night mode.

**Q: The device turns dim and out of work when plugged in.**
A: When turned on, the device will automatically enter the RCC signal-receiving stage. At this time, the screen will turn dim and other function keys will be invalid. It usually takes 5-7 minutes to return to normal.

**Q: The device is always disconnected at night.**
A: The device will search for the WWVB signal automatically at every 1:00/2:00/3:00 am and the screen will turn dark for about 7 minutes after reset. If the screen doesn't stay on after researching, press the "LIGHT" button.

**Q: How to turn off or set night mode?**
A: Press and hold the light button on the top for 3 seconds to go into the night mode. You can turn it off to keep the backlight on or set the time and the display light level as you want.

**Q: Why the outdoor data keeps flickering?**
A: In the cycle mode, the screen will display readings from CH 1 to CH 3 in turn, if there is only 1 sensor, the screen will keep flickering and cannot keep outdoor readings continuous. Press the “DOWN" button can cancel cycle mode and return to CH 1

I purchased two of these and gave as Christmas gifts to my son and my son-in-law. They each set their weather station up when I gave it to them. Setup is easy and quick. After two months of use, both tell me that they are very pleased with their Weather Station. They say it is accurate for both the indoors and the outdoor temperatures. And they like the screen. The screen arrangement of the weather data information displayed, the size of the numbers, and the use of color make the display easy to read, even in low light. I am very satisfied with this purchase

It works pretty good. It has bright colors that make it easy to read from the other side of the room. I would give this a 5 star rating, except, for some reason, the display goes blank for about 2 - 4 minutes, then comes back just fine. It does this multiple times a day. I can’t figure out why it does that. I’ve tried a few different things. But over all it is a good weather station.
