Review: I have just received this purchase today and already I can tell you that with my spasticity, which is intense, this glove and traction that has works perfectly for my case. Already I can tell that it is quality material and construction and I'm to pull that it has will help me immensely. Others say that the they find the size a little bit small, and I have big hands and I don't find the size that small at all. Maybe I would say a tiny bit but like I say I have very large hands. The pulling of the bands it's quite a substantial relief to my tone and spasticity. It has already helped the pain that comes with increased tone. I think the velcro will last at overtime.. UPDATE: After 3 days of using this brace I happily report that it almost had my knuckles straightened out and the traction has become much more bearable. For those that are sensitive to pain, this brace is a bit uncomfortable at first but the more you use it the better it gets. The pain is mostly from stretching out tone and specificity as well as stiffness. Please bear that in mind when you think about buying this. For those that are committed to stretching out stiff hands this brace is ideal.
