I’ve waited for over a few weeks to receive the product and only received the top. The utility is lost if the product is missing its components. Smell retention is an improvement from regular boxes. Fits our decor nicely and makes something that is never pleasant looking, very aesthetically pleasing. Sent a picture to people saying what an improvement it was, and they didn't realize it was a fake plant let alone a litter box.
