These are reliable and comfortable to say the least. I myself am miserable at doing the tapes myself however these can be taken off and redone at least 3 dozen times (I know because unfortunately that's how bad I am) and yet they will still hold even if you have to get moving and doing stuff. The longest I had worn one was for about 16 hours and I had no leaking or discomfort in the same way I have with plastic backed diapers when they get near their capacity. If you're on the bigger side you will experience a lot of the upper part of the diaper rolling down but I usually prevented this just by folding the very top lip inward and it seemed to solve that issue. Ideally I wish they could be cheaper but that's just because I want to stock up on these and never run out.
