Overnight I developed yellowish crusty itchy skin condition on my forehead eyebrows cheeks and under my chin, I think it was demodex related. I tried quite a few shampoos creams etc but nothing worked I found this and decided to give it a go. The first time I tried it my face did sting a bit, gave it a second try 5 days later no stinging and the itching stopped, the flakiness disappeared. This stuff worked well for me.
