In my case, my doctor wants me to take 600iu D3 per day. My D hydroxy lab results are 40ng/ml. 30ng/ml up to 100ng/ml is the normal range . I want it closer to 60ng/ml so that's why he suggested 600iu to start. Now, 6 drops of this product contains 72mcg K2 Mk7. I'll just add a separate K2 MK7 supplement to get my daily intake of Mk7 closer to 300iu per day. As a plus, in my case I'll be getting 40% more daily servings from each bottle of this product. 84 servings vs 60 servings.
