I mix it with oats and a scoop of protein powder (which tastes awful on its own!), and by morning it turns into something that feels more like a dessert than a healthy breakfast. The yoghurt gives it a thick, creamy texture without any of the dairy, and it’s not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It’s also a great base for savoury dishes or as a topping with fruit and nuts. Plant-based, high in protein, and gentle on sensitive stomachs – it ticks all the boxes for us. I used this to make a vegan Tzatziki for guests... Don't get my wrong, dairy greek yoghurt has a slightly firmer texture and a bit more flavour, but I'm certainly not knocking this alternative... None of my non vegan guests noticed any difference and the Tzatziki was nice... I would have given it 5 stars, but I prefer the dairy version.
