Take a hydrometer reading, if lower than 995 it is ready to progress. If it is higher it may be to warm. Move to cool place for 2 days and ensure temperature is below 30 degrees but above 20 degrees this should restart fermentation.if not a recover yeast should be added. Likely to be a temperature issue of to hot or cold. Good luck. **Q: could i do this in batches or would i need to do the 30 bottles all at the same time?** A: if you could calculate the measurements for each pouch in the pack i suppose you could do it in batches...but considering it is very easy to do the full pack at once, i would just do that..also the 30 bottles means standard bottles, you can make it 22 1 ltr bottles, 11 2 ltr bottles or bigger bottles if required **Q: Does any wine exist that’s made without using tons of sugar ?
