Read Me! *by K***T on January 19, 2025* A little backstory: I have fine, low porosity, 3C hair that’s a bit past bra strap length. About 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS & over the course of time, my hair has gone through some changes. One of the biggest changes was how dry & brittle my strands had become. Retaining moisture with low porosity hair was already a struggle so throwing the effects of PCOS in there almost had me ready to cut my hair off. Trying to maintain healthy hair & retaining length has been challenging, but I must say since buying this deep conditioner about 2 months ago, all hope is not lost! I usually wash my hair once a week & I always pre poo & deep condition. My go to styles are blow outs & twist outs during the colder months. Between using this deep conditioner & pre-pooing, my hair is shinier than ever before & my strands have become much softer & hydrated. I use this conditioner as directed on the jar after shampooing. The jar may seem small, but a little bit of product goes a long way. The only difference is that I put on a plastic cap & sit under a hooded dryer (w/ low heat) for the recommended 35 minutes & rinse with cold water.
