## Description

desertcart.com : GORUCK Ruck Plate Carrier 3.0 Weighted Rucking Backpack, Black | Holds GORUCK Ruck Plates up to 30LB, Elevated Plate Pocket, Extra Padded Straps, Ergonomic Lumbar Support, 1000D CORDURA : Sports & Outdoors

## Features

- MINIMALIST RUCK BACKPACK BUILT TO CARRY WEIGHT: The Ruck Plate Carrier is a stripped-down ruck backpack made for one job: carrying weight. Use it as a rucking backpack with weights by loading 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates (sold separately). The elevated plate pocket keeps weight high and stable on your back, the preferred position for rucking. It's a great entry point for beginners.
- ZERO IRRITATION RUCKING: 210D High Tenacity CORDURA lines the back panel and the underside of the shoulder straps. That means no friction burn when you ruck shirtless, and it won't chew up merino wool or technical fabrics. Smooth enough for bare skin, tough enough for years of abuse.
- ERGONOMIC LUMBAR SUPPORT & EXTRA PADDED STRAPS: 10mm EVA foam padding along the bottom supports your spine's natural curve. Dual-density shoulder straps with 1-inch thick top padding absorb impact during weighted carries, bear crawls, burpees, and Ruck PT.
- OVERBUILT SPECIAL FORCES CONSTRUCTION: A 1000D CORDURA exterior with a reinforced 1050D Ballistic CORDURA bottom panel, plus YKK zippers with silent pulls. These are the same materials trusted by Special Forces operators. Backed by GORUCK's SCARS Lifetime Promise: if you break it, we fix it.
- CHEST OPEN & EASY TO CLEAN: Unlike weight vests, this rucking backpack keeps your chest free for full range of motion during pushups, running, and rucking. There's no spacer mesh, so there's no trapped odor. Just hose it down and hang it to dry.
