I’ve been using this for a while and it actually gave some relief from bloating and discomfort. It’s not a magic fix, but it does help if you take it regularly. The taste and smell are fine, and it feels gentle on the stomach. I just wish the results were a bit faster. Overall, it’s a good support supplement but don’t expect overnight changes.
