The most worthwhile daily activity. - I have filled in this diary every day for the full five years, and I can honestly say it is so worthwhile, satisfying and beneficial for your all-round wellbeing to stick at it! It is fantastic to look back at the same day over the past few years, each time you write an entry. I fill my pages with plenty of writing (it being unlined works well for me; I can write very little some days or squeeze lots in on other days). It is sturdy and is in very good condition even after five years of daily use. I also use stickers in my book and have filled the back pocket with extra slips of paper, etc, too. I use ballpoint pens, highlighters or fine liner ink type pens in my diary which are great, but on the very odd occasion I have used fine point Sharpies (the ones designed for handwriting) which do bleed through. Really though, I love having a record of the past few years and I will be ordering the exact same book again very soon to complete over the next five years!

I have filled in this diary every day for the full five years, and I can honestly say it is so worthwhile, satisfying and beneficial for your all-round wellbeing to stick at it! It is fantastic to look back at the same day over the past few years, each time you write an entry. I fill my pages with plenty of writing (it being unlined works well for me; I can write very little some days or squeeze lots in on other days). It is sturdy and is in very good condition even after five years of daily use. I also use stickers in my book and have filled the back pocket with extra slips of paper, etc, too.
