I’ve had to change the blade and also take it apart to free up the rollers once or twice but it’s not difficult and I’ve had too do that to other slices anyway. If you do take it apart there are two tiny bits of metal in the spring to watch out for, I’ve lost one but it still seems to work! It cuts very well for me. It’s bigger than a 15mm slice so some times won’t get into a space that a normal one would. The blade is expensive- nearly half the cost of the thing new, that said it did last a good while! It’s probably a bit heavy than most as well. The drop down roller will get gummed up in old paint from pipes 🤣 that all said It’s good to grip and cuts well. Pretty easy to maintain if needed.
