I like that it has many ingredients I recognized as I take probiotics and prebiotics very regularly but this product also has many ingredients that I have never heard of. With my intestinal issues, I am very excited to see what kind of long-term difference this will give me. I can say that the prebiotic part has made it much easier for me to be able to eat early in the day without any problems, I have a dairy intolerance and other complicated gut issues- so that's amazing for me.
