The rings are metal and they hold the phone up really well.I had a bit of an issue with my black ring after a week and after reaching out to Libosa I got AMAZING customer service. They were very speedy at getting back to me and helped resolve the situation immediately. I would DEFINITELY recommend these to anyone who's in the market for one.One thing I'd warn people about is the part that sticks to your phone is extremely sticky (which is great! There's no way it'll fall off your phone!). It’s saved it from certain doom more times than I can count, and I got rid of that weird bump thing you get on your pinky from holding your phone there. Win win!The only part that didn’t hold up was it’s ability to stay in a certain position. For example, if I wanted to turn the ring horizontally so I can have my phone in landscape, it wouldn’t stay in that position. It just flops off to the side.
