Comfortable but lacking durability
I bought this at Costco and used it once. The pillow is very comfortable (of the more comfortable travel pillows I've tried), but the durability is lacking--the draw cord at the neck is frayed and pulling out from the cover after one use. I've been trying to find the manufacturer online to complain and see if I can get it replaced, but no luck--all searches for "Airia Living" just lead to retailers. I guess I'm going to try taking it back to Costco and see if they'll give me a refund.
