Review: Great for longer expeditions or places where canister fuel is not available. - This is the universal whisperlite. It burns white gas, gasoline, kerosene and canister isobutane. I have used it extensively with white gas and canister fuel. It works extremely well. Practice with the white gas before you go it is a little more finicky. You might get a large flame at first. Make sure you aren't under anything or on a wooden picnic table or deck. Use the windhield it helps a lot. Shown here with and without the campingmoon grill. (Not included but nice to have)

This is the universal whisperlite. It burns white gas, gasoline, kerosene and canister isobutane. I have used it extensively with white gas and canister fuel. It works extremely well. Support from MSR on hiow to use is non existent, there are videos from others that give an overview but are crude. This stove is great if you’re desperate and have no other alternative but is very clunky.
