Review: Not as great as I thought it would be - Not recommended at all. I was very excited about this when I first saw it and I regret spending the money on it. I purchased in may of 2025, and it just didn’t have strong suction at all right out of the box. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement which worked great with very strong suction. The vacuum is strictly used for cleaning my car and it’s really just any dirt on the floor mats and very small stuff that may be dropped. Probably use it once every two weeks or so for just a couple minutes. The replacement unit completely lost suction out of nowhere, there are no blockages and the dirt bin is nowhere near full, filter is not dirty at all. I contacted customer service about the issue over a week ago and still no response back via email. I wish I could say it’s an amazing product and maybe I just got a little bad luck with it but to me customer service is everything. If you pay almost $400 for something you want it to work good and have good customer service that is there to help you when you need it. I dont think I will be buying anymore giraffe tools products in the future if I don’t get a response from customer service to resolve the issue.

Not recommended at all. I was very excited about this when I first saw it and I regret spending the money on it. I purchased in may of 2025, and it just didn’t have strong suction at all right out of the box. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement which worked great with very strong suction. The vacuum is strictly used for cleaning my car and it’s really just any dirt on the floor mats and very small stuff that may be dropped. Probably use it once every two weeks or so for just a couple minutes. The replacement unit completely lost suction out of nowhere, there are no blockages and the dirt bin is nowhere near full, filter is not dirty at all. A little pricey but what a nice luxury in my garage - I keep my cars clean and it is so nice to have plenty of hose to get all three cars without moving any - I mounted on wall between the three.
