Review: Everyone should have one! - I purchased the 13" version. I had no problems with the stability of the skewer although I could see if someone were manhandling it, it might be a problem. The unit worked perfectly for tacos al pastor fitting neatly inside of my smoker. 3 hours at 275 and it was cooked through. My family loved the tacos. The pan below was just just the right size, collected all of the drippings and cleaned up like new. I like to make tacos for groups of friends and am contemplating purchasing another. If you don't have one you should get one.
