If you are having issues here are clearer steps.1- Download the file from this website: Andriod: DLN.BZ/a/ESON/2.8.1708252- Sign into your wi-fi, making sure it is NOT 5G3- Find the download, and install the app. (It will come up with a true app not just a "gear" icon. If not, re-download.)4- Power up speaker(s) (Beware, they are loud on startup.)5- Follow the instruction in the app to connect to your wi-fi.
