My daughter plays softball and has been having problems with PPS in her knees. It was recommended by her doctor and her PT that we purchase some of this K-tape to help with her knee. She has been using it off and on for a couple of weeks, mostly during games when she is pitching or during gym class. She said that she has a lot less pain and that her knee doesn't hurt as much anymore. The tape is pretty stretchy, cuts nicely and is fairly comfortable. It does sometimes leave a bit of a sticky residue (mostly the black tape) and she has the really scrub it off. But, the tape does stay on and is very water resistant.

This is the 2nd time that I have purchased this item. Easy to apply and long wearing. This has helped me tremendously with supporting my knee (before and after my knee replacement surgery). Great price and I like the fact that the strips are pre-cut and colorful.

This tape has a really good adhesive. My only issue was it would stay down on the tape corners. Very difficult for me to remove. Felt like I was waking my leg.

These things STICK. Between my son and me we go through this stuff. Great for kiddos in sports, keeps em moving and you don’t have to worry about them losing your last ace bandage. I keep a few strips in the glove box because you never know. This stuff has been a god send for my knee. I would recommend getting it wet to remove it, and don’t pull too fast.

I really love this KT tape. The quality for the price is unmatched. I’m rehabbing my kneecap alignment and this has given me the much needed support.It’s very sticky and has stayed in place for days without peeling or threads coming out. This photo is on day 4, having held up through multiple jiu jitsu classes and showers. Very impressed with its longevity compared to other brands I’ve used.A hugeeee plus- it doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin. With other brands I have had red tape marks for days after I take it off and this one comes off easy (I take it off in the shower) and leaves my skin unblemished.

Came quick and as stated in description. My daughter lives the different colors to tape up a recently broken ankle that is now healed.

In my opinion, (readers please understand this is only MY opinion based on MY experience) I feel this tape is just OK in comparison to the KT brand. I have used multiple varieties of the KT brand, and the Pro brand for me is the best. I suffer from pain in my wrists mainly, attributed from years of heavy typing, writing, drawing etc. This product is stiffer and not as flexible as the KT Pro which for me is a key component to be able to work efficiently and comfortably. Yes, it holds in place pretty good (sometimes too good) but can feel very constricting. I understand the idea is compression, but the best way I can describe it would be to compare it to a very stiff bandage that almost feels like it cuts off circulation. When removing there is a lot of residue and hard to remove. I read other reviewers say the same for KT, but like I said this is just based on my experiences. The price is right, but if you are able and willing to pay a little more, I say go with KT Pro. Good luck and I hope this can help others with future purchases.

Why does this work so well?? I am so grateful to be able to use this. I live in a three story home and this helps me be able to walk to the top where my room and office are.
