I honestly wasn't expecting the quality of product that arrived. Usually when you order one of the cheapest options you can find, you get what you pay for.. but this is quality aluminium - well crafted and solid. It also arrived in a well padded, super sturdy thick cardboard tube/box. I did not have a hacksaw on hand to cut it to length so I tried to use an old wood-finish saw... it worked, but it took about 40 minutes so you should probably use the proper tools to cut it! :) I used a steel file to smooth out my cut since it was a bit ruff after attacking it with the wood saw.There is an internal channel so that when you drill/screw it onto the ceiling, the screw heads don't stick out and interfere with the sliding hooks - so that is awesome. I ordered the 8ft run and trimmed it to 90 1/2 inches to provide privacy to the bedroom in my open plan travel trailer. They give you like three bags of different curtain fittings to cater to just about any curtain you want - hooks, clips or pins, so that's a nice touch.The only thing I could nit-pick would be that the double sided tape they provided did not stick to my ceiling, but the entire 8ft rail only weighs like 2lbs so it's not hard to pre-drill your rail, hold it up to the ceiling and screw one end it, then slide over and screw the middle in.If you start with the ends, make sure to angle your screws outward so that the second one "pulls" the rail straight - otherwise you might have a little buckle in the middle of the rail. You could also just screw end 1, the middle, and then end 2.Would definitely recommend this and buy this again! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product amazing service! *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2017* I not only would buy from this seller, I all ready have. The curtain track was very sturdy and well machined. The carriers were smooth and glided effortlessly. They give you 3 different kinds of hooks or clips for your carriers. I ended up buying more to add more curtains. The instructions were clear and concise and they even give you double back tape and the driver bit to mount the track to your ceiling. I did an 11 foot track alone in about 45 minutes. Be sure to pre drill your track with a bit just a little larger than the screw diameter (it won't bind that way). I sent an e-mail thru Amazon about obtaining more hardware for my track and received a call the next day. They are a throwback to the days when "customer service" actually was something. I am thinking of adding another ceiling track in my office in case I need to use that room for over flow guests, the curtain would provide privacy. You can be sure I will order my track and hardware from this company. You have to predrill your holes (bit no longer included) but means you can put exactly where your studs are depending on where you install. I was using some curtains we had made when living overseas that have a built in hook different than in the states, worked better with rack's built in rings to install on the side wall (rather than ceiling), works well there too.Definitely want to call out EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. there was a snafu in shipping and I was missing the end caps (and I thought the bit), emailed the company, had a reply within an hour and parts sent out asap.
