Review: Love this yoga mat! But, wouldn't consider it non-slip - Initial impression of this yoga mat was that it is a sturdy, durable material. I have used it now for a couple of different styles of yoga classes (mostly restorative and power yoga) and I really do love it. The line design is unique (at least I had never seen it before) and helpful for both beginners or seasoned veterans. The thickness is perfect and provides just the right amount of cushion. All of my practices have been done with the yoga mat on a hardwood floor and my knees are not screaming in pain. The mat is just very aesthetically pleasing too. I know that might sound silly to some, but it is nice to have a mat that is both pretty to look at and is highly functional and of good quality. My only complaint is that during down-dog and power yoga classes the mat can get a bit slippery. It is not enough to deter me from using this mat though and I would still highly recommend it. Most likely, I will just have to purchase a yoga towel to help with this. Overall, this is a high quality mat at a very reasonable price.

A: I also have a chemical / odor sensitivity due to a chronic illness and this mat hasn't bothered me at all. I really like it.

**Q: Can I do simple cardio workouts on this mat? Ie. high knees, jumping jacks, etc.**
A: Yes and no. I use my mat over carpet so it feels in that case it could be a trip hazard. But if you’re on a solid floor it would work great. Keep in mind this mat feels thicker than other yoga mats I’ve used before.

**Q: Is this grippy like rubber is grippy?**
A: No, it is not grippy like that.

**Q: Is this the same mat as pictured in the 'from the brand' section with the multiple markers on each side? Or does it now only a middle line?**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not A scratching post.

I get complements all the time while in Yoga Class on the color and quality of the mat- but the best part, I don't have a mirror at home to check that I am all in line, with this mat I just check where my feet/hands are and I know that I am right where I need to be for the best possible yoga experience. I have had this mat a little under a year and it has help up beautifully it has not stained or changed colors like some of the mats I have purchased in the past. That is until I left it in the corner of the living room and my newly rescued cat decided it was just the right material to use as a scratching post. I came home to it being torn into confetti by Mr. O'Malley, it was my fault for leaving it out....but I still thought maybe if I sent a message to the seller and explained the situation they might have a suggestion for tape or some way to mend the once beautiful mat. They didnt have any suggestions on tape, but Jessica from the Ewedoos Customer Service Team informed me that she would like to replace the mat at no charge with one of the extras they have at the warehouse. She even left me the care instructions with specific instructions to keep it tucked away from my cat. Her reply was sent within a few hours of my inquiry. It was such a relief that the brand cares so much about the customer that they would fix a problem that was fully the fault of the customer! In short: Highest quality of yoga gear you The place marks in the mat really make a world of difference There was zero smell when I opened the package, it was ready to go the minute I got it. and the Customer Service went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to continue enjoying my mat for years to come!
