They are very adjustable and can fit a wide variety of head shapes. I also really like that they are long enough (when fully extended) to keep my glasses around my neck when not in use. They were a bit tight and hard to adjust at first, but after a couple pulls they loosened up a bit. I’d take too tight over loose any day. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with these straps and would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds their glasses/sunglasses sliding down their face constantly!
