Creo que es importante entender que no es una crema que 'valga para todo y todas'. Y sobre todo, no es un antimicótico, así que si tienes un episodio de hongos, no va a curarlo y lo más probable es que si te la aplicas, te va a picar. Creo que va bien para mitigar la sensación de sequedad que a veces nos queda tras un episodio en el que andamos con las defensas bajas (por estrés, por estar mal comiendo o mal durmiendo, por haber tomado antibióticos) o la sensación de escozor tras una relación sexual en la que notamos la zona íntima algo desprotegida, molesta y potencialmente despoblada de lo que necesitamos para que la flora en la zona esté en equilibrio... En estos caso, a mí me alivia, refresca y ayuda a que no se convierta en lo siguiente, que es lo que me preocupa: que dejarlo sin hidratar o sin 'repoblar' reactive algún episodio de candidiasis (especialmente para las que las sufrimos de manera recurrente) u otro tipo de complicaciones. En mi caso la he utilizado así, para repoblar y a modo preventivo. Si ya tuviese picores (hongos? Vaginosis bacteriana?), NO optaría por un producto como este. Iría al médico para un diagnóstico, o a la farmacia para que me recomendaran algo específico para tratarlo. En cuanto a cómo ayuda con los episodios relacionados con la premenopausia o menopausia, me temo que no puedo opinar, pero puedo imaginar que ayude a aliviar síntomas de sequedad....
