The single drain hole in the center of the bottom does not drain water because it it at a higher "elevation". Than the rest of the pot. This is a terrible planter for succulents, cacti, snake plants, etc because it WILL cause root rot. This planter would work well for swampy, pond plants with shallow roots but that would be all. You WILL down your plant in this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid & Durable *by T***H on October 6, 2019* I use this in my bathroom to hold bottles of oils, and I love it! It's very durable and wipes clean easily. The bamboo base is smooth and strong with a natural finish. The whole design is modern looking and attractive, and it's the second one I've purchased - the first one was a rectangle. I love them both very much! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has a drainage hole and saucer *by G***I on May 23, 2019* I do enjoy the planter, feels a tad pricey for the product. The planter itself is not perfectly round but after you put your plants it’s not noticeable. I had a hard time getting my plays to grow with planters that did not have a drainage hole, after using this planter my succulents are thriving. The bamboo saucer looks very stylish. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/64530696-6-inch-ceramic-round-planter-pot-succulent-herb-cactus-plant](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/64530696-6-inch-ceramic-round-planter-pot-succulent-herb-cactus-plant) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
