**Q: Is the 36 dose bottle the one currently pictured the one that would ship in July 2020?**
A: Hello, I bought a 2 pack back in May,  and it was 34 not 36.

**Q: Is the powder better than the liquid?**
A: Best used as powder. Very easy to use; 1 capful of powder dissolved in a glass of water.Dissolves almost immediately.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went a whole month without using the bathroom

I’ve been having problems using the bathroom for the past two years on my own for the most part. I went a whole month without using the bathroom. It got so bad that I felt the sharpest pain in my lower left hip and in my intestines I couldn’t even stand up straight without it hurting. And id feel a bump in that area too. I was told to Try MiraLAX, but it didn’t work for me the first time I tried it. I got so desperate I had to drink a bottle of castor oil and it gave me the worst pain in my life But it did help me use the bathroom. I was told to take MiraLAX at least three days straight for it to work, so I tried it again and it worked without giving me any pain AT ALL! The first time i took it i only took it for 2 days which is why it didn’t work for me. Now I take it regularly like three to five times a week With my protein shake. It has no taste at all to it, even if you drink it with water.
