## Questions & Answers

**Q: How is unit mounted to wall? With screws or velcro?**
A: Either screws or velcro. Mine is installed using #8 x 1/2" sheet metal screws through the 1/8" thick RV bathroom wall, using predrilled smaller holes and tightening carefully so as not to strip the holes, Works perfectly for an R-Pod wet bathroom.

**Q: Will it hold large rolls, like a Charmin Mega roll?**
A: yes it holds mega roll. a bit more difficult to replace but I did order a second one to keep my dog from eating the toilet paper.

**Q: What is the distance between the mounting holes?**
A: Center to center, about 1-3/4 inches / 45mm but the holes are oblong, offering a little bit of leeway. The real question, however, is why I have this item handy to check rather than on the wall. It is a total pain getting the spring loaded spindle to snap into the recess meant to hold it in place, once it is in the middle of the roll. I stopped using this holder and substituted a different covered holder that doesn't have a spindle. That also isn't perfect ... A little too small for a Costco roll ... but it's better than this one.

**Q: Our problem is: our truck camper bounces around and the roll usually ends up unspooled on the floor. Would this product prevent that?Thx**
A: My folks solved this problem easily in their fifth wheel trailer. My mom bought a long strip of Velcro, cut it to the size she wanted. She wraps it around the middle when traveling and hooks it around one of the side toilet paper arms when parked so she won’t lose it. She even made a “holder” with the remaining Velcro for the paper towels, since they also like to unravel if she forgets to put them away when traveling.
