Me enviaron una nueva máquina que llegó perfecta y funciona correctamente, además de un seguimiento constante para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien. Incluso tuvieron un detalle adicional para compensar los inconvenientes. Da mucha tranquilidad encontrar un vendedor que se preocupa de verdad por sus clientes y cumple lo que promete. I purchased the VS6606X and it worked flawlessly for a couple of weeks. Then, the automatic function suddenly stopped working. I contacted the customer support team, who provided excellent service and promptly solved the issue by replacing the faulty machine with a new one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Produit top, livraison scandaleuse mais service client adorable et efficace !

Expédition rapide, livraison en 24h . Et quelle livraison. 5personnes présentes à la maison, le téléphone en sonore pourtant ni sonnerie (interphone qui enregistre d’ailleurs) ni appel. Un colis balancé par dessus le portail, arrachant au passage une guirlande et fracassant une décoration en terre cuite du jardin. Colis cabossé, heureusement beaucoup d’emballage autour du produit. Le carton intérieur contenant la machine à quand même également pris un coup. Tentative de joindre le SAV Amazon, impossible en période de Noël, un Bot qui ne laisse pas le temps d’expliquer le problème, un mail sans réponse et une compagnie de livraison de colis qui ne répond pas. Pétillant tout ça ! Heureusement, le service client du vendeur est rapide, attentionné et efficace ! Ils ont très rapidement entendu mon problème et l’ont pris très au sérieux ! Et dédommagé les dégâts ! Ils sont rapides et ont porté un réel intérêt à la plainte ! Je me suis sentie écoutée et prise en charge ce qui change de la majorité des SAV qui nous balotte de service en autre sans nous écouter . Eux, considèrent réellement leur client et répondent dans la journée ! Mise à part cette mésaventure, le produit heureusement fonctionne, et bien ! Plutôt silencieux et surtout intuitif, j’en suis ravie !!! Un super rapport qualité prix et, si je ne devais noter que le produit, ce serait 10/10 ! Les accessoires sont top et la mise sous vide du vin fonctionne également très bien ! Je vais probablement acheter les tupperwares assortis afin de tester également !
