We had a few problems with delivery. This was delayed for 'logistical' reasons and arrived with damaged packaging. This meant that the instructions for assembly were missing, as was one small piece of the assembly items. We easily worked out how to assemble and the missing part was posted to us with 24 hours of our request. Clearly, if I was just giving stars for delivery only I would give 3 or 4, but the quality of the bed and the ease of assembly justify my 5 stars. Review: Terrible quality - The bed was ordered and the build quality was just awful, the foot post was covered on dents, chips, terrible gluing and black water like stains!. See photos. The company agreed to refund me. Many hours wasted on this order!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oak Kingsize - 5 stars for bed *by S***K on 26 June 2014* This is a nice, sturdy and well made bed for the money. Quality is pretty good and easy to fit except instructions are dire and footboard threads need slackening off to enable nuts to fit in place. Only one of the 2 washers supplied actually fits in the recess space? Five stars for the bed but only three for service. Company was very professional and apologetic, however, first footboard arrived damaged [not by courier] but a couple of emails and a replacement was agreed. The replacement arrived and was the wrong size, so 3 nights spent sleeping on the floor. Second replacement ok but then had difficulties with collection of the wrong sized item. I have no doubt this company will continue to do well, as the product is fair value for money and the lady from customer services was certainly polite.
