When I ordered it I was expecting one of those huge heavy vacuums that drags you across the floor, but this one is a perfect in between size that’s not too heavy but is sturdy enough to be powerful. I was able to carry the box up to my apartment by myself which was great, and I’m definitely lacking in upper body strength 😅. It has some weight to it, but I think it would still be light enough to carry up and down stairs. It’s very easy to maneuver around furniture and items. It has great suction and picks up dust, pet hair, and small items like pieces of dry cat food easily (I only have hard wood floors, so I can’t speak to carpeting, but it did great on my little area rugs). The best part is that it actually has suction up to the edge of the vacuum head, instead of just pushing dirt/ cat litter/etc. up against the wall, it picks it up, I’ve never seen the corners and baseboards of my place so clean. The attachments are also good and the wand has very powerful suction. I ran it over my window sills and they look like I wiped them down. It’s also very easy to put together (you will need a screwdrivers for the 2 screws to hold the handle on) and very intuitive to take the pieces/ attachments apart and put together. I like that there’s one button to open the tank to empty it and it dumps out, rather than having to stick my hand in there and have dirt / the filter fall into the trash together. The filter can twist in and out easily and is washable. The cord length is long enough to reach multiple rooms from the same plug (though I have a 1 bedroom apt so there’s not much to reach). The tank has pretty okay storage. I could see it not being enough for every room in a large house, it’s so easy to dump though so I don’t see why you couldn’t easily empty as you go. I cleaned my entire place, which hadn’t been vacuumed in about a week, and it I was only a little over halfway to the full mark on the tank.
