Review: Quality water filter - I did a lot of research before buying this Epic water filter and so far am very pleased & the water tastes great. The instructions were clear and easy to follow so the setup was a breeze. I did notice a few negative reviews about it on desertcart but haven’t experienced any of the issues that were mentioned. btw - my main reason for buying this filter was to remove chloramine, which it’s marketed as being effective for (unlike most pitcher type water filters).

This is the Best water filter we've had! For a few dollars more you're getting a Lot less chemicals! Especially psfa's!! Our health is worth it. Made well and attractive and slim. When I pour the water, the lid and reservoir slip out. The first time I poured, it came flying out and nearly smashed on the ground. I have tried everything to fix it, but it appears to be designed like this or I have a faulty unit. I must hold the lid on when I pour, and it's a hassle. Other than that, the product works as advertised I suppose, water tastes decent. I really like the reservoir size, it seems to be bigger than most pitchers. The wooden handle is a nice touch.
